This Policy Applies To: Intriq AI Dashboard Application (app.intriq.ai) ONLY — This policy governs cookies used in the authenticated dashboard application.

For App.Intriq.AI Users: By logging into app.intriq.ai, you explicitly consent to and accept the use of PostHog tracking cookies, analytics tools, and related support features as a mandatory condition of service.

These tools are used ONLY for: Product improvement and feature development; Technical support for registered users; Error detection and system monitoring; Security and fraud prevention.

NOT for advertising or marketing to third parties. Your data will NOT be sold.

If you do not agree, DO NOT LOG IN. Logging in constitutes your binding acceptance in all applicable jurisdictions.

You Can Opt Out At Any Time: To opt out, contact us at dpo@intriq.ai or privacy@intriq.ai to request account closure and data deletion. We will delete your account and associated analytics data within 14 days of your request, except data required for legal compliance (see Section 9).

This Cookie Policy explains how Transformation Diagnostics AI Ltd ("Intriq.AI", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Intriq AI Dashboard Application.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Dashboard Application Users (app.intriq.ai): All strictly necessary, performance/analytics, functional, and security cookies are mandatory. By logging in, you accept their use as a condition of service.

Data from analytics is used exclusively for: Improving the product for registered users; Providing technical support; Monitoring system health and security.

Your data is NEVER: Sold to third parties; Used for advertising purposes; Shared for marketing by third parties.

PostHog Analytics - Mandatory for Platform Access (app.intriq.ai ONLY): PostHog is our essential product analytics and error monitoring platform. This applies ONLY to authenticated users of app.intriq.ai, NOT public website visitors.

Required for service delivery: PostHog enables us to monitor system performance, identify errors, understand feature usage, and provide technical support to registered users.
Used exclusively for product improvement and support: Data is NOT sold, NOT used for advertising, and NOT shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data minimization: We configure PostHog to capture only necessary data for operational and support purposes.
EU hosting: All PostHog data is stored within the EU with no transfers to the United States.

You can opt out at any time: To request account closure and data deletion, contact: Email: dpo@intriq.ai or privacy@intriq.ai | Subject: "Account Deletion and Data Opt-Out Request". We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 14 days, except for data required for legal/regulatory compliance (retained as specified in Section 9).

If you do not consent to PostHog analytics, you must not access the Dashboard Application.

6. Obtaining and Managing Consent

Dashboard Application: Mandatory Acceptance (app.intriq.ai)

For authenticated platform users (app.intriq.ai ONLY), consent is provided at login:

Login constitutes acceptance: By authenticating and accessing platform features, you provide your binding consent to all mandatory cookies and analytics.
Opt-out requires account closure: You cannot withdraw consent for mandatory cookies while maintaining platform access. To withdraw consent and opt out, contact us to request account closure and data deletion.
Clear notice: Users are informed of mandatory cookie requirements during account registration and at login.
Jurisdictional acceptance: Login signifies your acceptance of these terms under the laws of all applicable jurisdictions, including England and Wales (governing law).

7. Legal Basis for Mandatory Cookies

Article 6(1)(f) - Legitimate interests: We have a legitimate interest in monitoring system performance, preventing fraud, ensuring security, and providing technical support. This interest is not overridden by your rights, as the service cannot function without these technologies.

You retain the right not to consent by not logging in and not using authenticated features.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.

For material changes: 14-day advance notice: We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect; Notification methods: Email to registered users, prominent banner on website and platform; Updated date: The "Last Updated" date above will be revised; Review period: You have 14 days to review changes and decide whether to continue using the service.

If you do not accept updated terms, you must: Cease using the Dashboard Application before changes take effect, OR Contact us to request account closure and data deletion.
